Rachel Buck - Business Development Manager
Rachel joined the team 2008 following over 8 years experience in the hotel industry developing client relationships in the Conference and Events market. During this time she built an excellent reputation in providing outstanding service to her corporate clients along with expertise in managing the conference and event needs of her corporate accounts. Rachel has a vast knowledge on venues both within Australia and Overseas and is able to provide venue solutions to her client's specific requirements.
Chelsea Hellyer-Blasius - Business Development Manager
Chelsea joined the team as Business Development Manager in June 2011. She has a diploma in hospitality management and has previously worked with one of Melbourne's high profile catering companies, with hotels and event venues.
Chelsea has been involved with the hospitality industry for 13 years. She has a great knowledge of hotels, resorts and conference venues throughout Australia and continues to grow her knowledge of conference venues globally. Chelsea has worked on events from simple boardroom meetings to major event productions involving more than 1000 people and offers knowledgeable advice on venues to meet your individual conference demands. Her broad experience and exposure to the industry will ensure you receive professional and unbiased recommendations to match your conference and event needs.
Aimee MacFarlane - Business Development Manager
Aimee has a passion for travel and brings to Key Conference Solutions 9 years experience of working in the hospitality and events industries, most recently working as client relationship manager at a prestigious catering company in Melbourne. Her international travel along with a Bachelor of Business in Hospitality and Tourism Management from La Trobe University plus her years of operational and sales experience gives Aimee a great understanding of events and will ensure she finds the best venue for your next event, meeting or conference in Australia or overseas.
Sue Wall - Senior Sales Consultant
Sue has a wealth of experience in understanding the conference needs of today's corporate decision-makers. A solid background in customer service has enabled Sue to meet the high expectations in the delivery of our service to you. Sue is well placed to advise on the full range of venues available having an in-depth knowledge of venues in Melbourne and in particular Regional Victoria.
Emily Lindsay - Sales Support
Having recently successfully completed a Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management at William Angliss Institute, Emily has joined the Key Conference Solutions team with a passion for corporate events. She brings with her exciting international experience within the Tourism and Hospitality Industry through extensive training from one of the world leaders. Emily brings with her a positive attitude and a desire to ensure our client expectations are met.
Mark Richardson - Event Management
Having obtained formal qualifications in Tourism/Hospitality Management, Mark entered the Conference and Event Management Industry. His experience includes working with large conference hotels including Sofitel, Grand Hyatt and Carlton Group within conference operations and senior sales positions. Moving out of hotels Mark worked within professional Conference Organising companies as Senior Project Manager and Sales & Marketing Managers roles. Having worked on some of the largest conferences and exhibitions within Australia Mark is accustomed to working on numerous client files to achieve optimum profitability through the highest quality of management.
Pam Conway - Director
Pam, having earlier in her career owned and operated her own Travel Agency has over 35 years of practical experience managing all areas in the meetings and conference industry. A founding member of the International Association of Conference Centres Australia, her wealth of knowledge from a venue point of view is invaluable in dealing with venues on the day to day issues conferences face.
Jim Conway - Director
Jim brings a wealth of experience to the event management process. For many years as the Managing Director of family owned regional conference venues in Victoria, he has an intimate working knowledge of the day to day life in conference venues. A background in sales and marketing and his own Conference & Hospitality Consultancy business puts him in good stead to provide expert advice. In 2001, Jim along with his wife Pam established Key Conference Solutions and is actively involved in all aspects of the industry.
