Located one kilometre north of Surfers Paradise and 500 metres from Surfers Paradise Beach, the hotel fronts the Nerang River and has a private marina with docking facilities.

The resort is 40 minutes’ drive from Coolangatta Airport or 70 minutes’ drive from Brisbane Airport.  The closest GLink Light Rail Station is 300metres from the Resort.

 Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa has 304 accommodation rooms, with all rooms featuring balconies with water views (river or ocean) and all suites and standard rooms feature a King Size Bed or Two Double Beds. Standard amenities in guestrooms include mini bar, individually controlled air-conditioning and heating, separate bath and shower, tea/coffee making facilities, bathrobes, hairdryer, complimentary in-room guest safe, iron/ironing board and walk-in wardrobes.

There are 9 meeting rooms, ideal for everything from seminars to large-scale exhibitions.  The largest room, the Marriott Ballroom can seat up to 800 in theatre style.
