The venue is only minutes drive from bay beaches and the area's wineries and is located within 85 minutes of the airport and 70 minutes from the CBD.

Facilities onsite include a heated indoor swimming pool and day spa, two floodlit tennis courts, sand volleyball court, walking & jogging tracks and Cellar Door with wood-fired pizza oven. Indoors, recreation rooms feature snooker tables, table tennis, carpet bowls, library and lounge areas with open fires.

Local attractions for conference groups include the areas many wineries, a variety of prestigious golf courses located within a 15-minute drive, mineral hot springs, horse-back riding and the many water based activities that the region has to offer.

The venue has 40 accommodation rooms, with each room offering a view of a private courtyard or the gardens or the vineyards surrounding the property.

There are four flexible and purpose-built meeting spaces, offering ample natural light and views of the venue's gardens. Each conference room has climate control facilities, outdoor access and ergonomic chairs. A meeting room would be allocated closer to the conference date.
